Participants are

frustration and confusion of samples of unclear
communication. Workshops help them clarify written and
oral communication while maintaining appropriate style.

guidelines to help them communicate more effectively with
both clients and colleagues.
Phase II:
Plain Language Training
This segment
delves deeply into the strategies, processes and
techniques of successful
communication.
Participants
learn to

point first
- offer the
right amount of background and detail
- create
persuasive arguments
- maintain a
positive tone
- choose the
appropriate level of language for their
client.
